Training in other countries and how to make that they know what they are suppose to do and if they do it or do the work correctly. That is a very hard thing to get people in the right places that can speak different languages and train them to the satisfaction you want it. A language can be difficult thing for lots of people and they need to make sure that it is clear and understood with the trainers so that everyone will work correctly through out the company

Today we discussed the chapter topics, and we had an activity, and talked about the Union, it was interesting to see how each team responded to each other. Hind site we should have agreed more often.

I thought the test make up was incrediable. I also think that the peer evaulation for the teacher and ideas that explained in class will be helpfull for professor Westover. Excellent exercise

Participation in decisions, employee participation can be part of a general move towards employee empowerment. If employees are consistent in there interest and decision making this will help show co workers and decision makers that they are interested and involved in what they do.
However the topic that interests me is the decisions made by employees are they for their own personal gains or for the business. I want to discuss how do you motivate and inspire those who are working for you, and help them want to make decisions that will help the business stay on track and progress?

Yesterday we went to the library and had a lesson on how to search for articles and understand what our library has to offer. I found it helpfull, and plan to use the library a little more. Kinda wish I would have known about this tool when I first started.
