We had two presentations today, Tyler Parcell a group member did a great job. Then Professor Westover spoke to us about the importance of joing the HR club. Then we had 4 free bee's and reviewed for the test.

Today was the first day of presentations,it was interesting to see how each person presents there ideas. It seems some people were more prepared than others. Next time is my turn hopefully I will be ready. Enjoyed the research was interesting

Reflection

We continued on chapter 16, and then discussed our oral Research Presentation. Things not to do, If your nose itches itch it.try not to make distracting gestures, also try not to be mono tone. look forward, not at the wall!
Then we had a Cost traing power point. Tuesday power point up load. Thursday Final paper due.

last time we had the privilege to turn in our 8 page report, then we learned about chapter 16 and learned about turn it in.com Excellent day.

Team work and empowerment, one of the most popular ways to empower employees is to design work so that it is performed by teams. For empowerment to succeed managers must serve and inspire those who are around them. The manager should assist in almost in case that is needed.
Managers rolls, help team, keep team updated, make sure that teams have communication in both areas. Workers to managers, making sure team work is being achieved
