Chapter 12 Discussion Topic
Participation in decisions, employee participation can be part of a general move towards employee empowerment. If employees are consistent in there interest and decision making this will help show co workers and decision makers that they are interested and involved in what they do.
However the topic that interests me is the decisions made by employees are they for their own personal gains or for the business. I want to discuss how do you motivate and inspire those who are working for you, and help them want to make decisions that will help the business stay on track and progress?

Employee empowerment is so big. I really think this has such a huge impact on job satisfaction, job perception, all of it. And the best part is, you can do it without spending a single penny.
