Designing Jobs That Motivate
In every corporation there are jobs that need encouragement, Richard Hackman and Greg Oldman have developed some terms and characteristics that will help people in their business become more motivated.
If a person has few skills the last thing you want to do is put them in a place where they cannot survive, the overwhelming effect will occur, however with less skills a person work is a lot smaller of a whole, meaning not apart of there life or involved to the max.In this case these people have a much lesser impact on others. However those who are highly skilled and progress and can finish what they start seem to have a better impact others, other people see the freedom and success they have, this trait is very apparent .
I know all of us have felt these attributes in one way or another if it success or being at the bottom of the totem pole. However being at the bottom can sometimes help you to want to be higher and successful which lead to those feelings of success and possibly have major effects on people helping them to do better.
