There are a wide variety of methods when it comes down to training, as I read the different ways a person can be trained I learned quickly that I am the type of learner that likes hands on. So for example learing by the way we do the job. However the chapter talks about learning in class. As I continued on I read about internships and how they help students learn the way of life.
So my question for this topic is Simulation? I want to understand and be able to indenify what this means.

I prefer hands on as well. I have a hard time sitting down and taking anything of value away from watching a training video or listening to a presenter.
